Property Preservation Services

• Property Inspection

  Detailed inspection of property condition, inside and outside as well as assessment of property within context of its immediate neighborhood.

• Interior & Exterior Cleaning and Deodorizations

  Cleaning services include sweeping/vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and cleaning sinks, bathtubs, and toilets.

• Lawn and Landscaping Services

  Mowing grass, weed removal, trimming shrubbery, tree removal or trimming, and removal of clippings.

• Debris Removal

  Clean-up and removal of trash, garbage, discarded appliances, furniture, automobiles, etc.

• Hazardous Waste Removal

  Clean-up, removal and abatement of unhealthy or hazardous materials as identified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), adhering to local municipal health & safety requirements and abatement procedures.
